Pain Point
Legion’s previous site emphasized services over storytelling, failing to communicate the team’s personality, approachability, and client-focused ethos.
Process
Led discovery to define brand voice, tone pillars, and narrative arc. Mapped content hierarchy to prioritize human stories over technical details. Designed mid-fidelity wireframes in Figma, structuring pages for clear narrative flow: credibility → humanity → proof. Integrated conversational copy, quotes, and soft CTAs throughout. Executed the design on Squarespace with minimal, confident visuals, responsive layouts, and motion elements that reflect the brand’s grounded personality. Conducted QA, accessibility checks, and client training to ensure ease of management and long-term scalability.
Outcome
Delivered a website that embodies Legion’s “high standards, low ego” ethos. The site clearly differentiates the brand, emphasizes trust and reliability, and provides an intuitive, human-centered user experience. Legion’s team now manages content confidently, while visitors experience the brand’s personality through a seamless blend of voice, design, and functionality.
